General Details

Abbey Cereal Applicator

Abbey manufacture the cereal applicator to allow arable farmers reap the benefits of organic fertiliser generated from both pig and cattle slurry but more recently from bio plants onto their cereal crops.
Slurry can be applied onto winter sown cereal crops in the spring time when the crop is setting off from winter slow down, this helps to cut the cost of ever increasing artificial fertiliser prices.
While one may believe that there is a requirement to run the tram lines this is not always the case. With the correct running gear it is possible to drive on the crop up to a certain growth stage without effecting the growth of the crop.
The cereal applicator is available in a range of sizes and can be either tanker or tractor mounted.
